Project Overview

Welcome to the official homepage of the Route 7-607 Interchange project by the Office of Capital Construction of Loudoun County, VA. The Project will construct a grade-separated Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) at the existing intersection of Routes 7 and 607 (Loudoun County Parkway). The project includes 2400 LF of new alignment for Loudoun County Parkway and a bridge over Route 7.

Included in the project are new and modified traffic signals, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, and lighting. Utility relocations on the project are extensive, including 2200 LF of 24 inch gas transmission line replacement, 2800 LF of 30 inch water line replacement and upgrade, one 48 inch waterline open cut across Route 7, and 6000 LF of communication duct bank.

With the initial bid price of $23.3 million, this project is the first interchange advertised under the County bond program.
